Neck Stuff With a Bonus

The house churches had a block party on a Saturday afternoon as a fun way to meet some new people. Different people played worship at different times, and there was face painting and things like that for the kids. It was really cool. I was working on a roofing job that day, but I had about a 2-hour break so I went over to the party. My friends Jonathan and Johanna asked me to pray for Johanna’s neck. So I went in to do that. I guess her neck was injured when she was younger, which was making it develop oddly or something like that. She had bone spurs and her neck was slightly curved in the wrong direction. The process of her vertebrae being fused together had begun. We talked for a while and then prayed. At one point, I couldn’t feel my fingers nor could I feel that I was touching her. I never felt that one before. It just felt like they were gone. I didn’t tell her that, but about a minute later she said it felt like her neck was numb. After, she rolled her neck around and said it felt completely different than it ever had before. She said it felt smoother too when she moved it. That was really cool.
After this, she starts moving her hands around, and I wasn’t sure why. She said her wrists felt completely different than they ever had before too. She said she had carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands pretty badly. So I grabbed her wrists and said, “I bless you in Jesus’ name.” She jumped a little and it felt like things were moving in the back of her one hand. After this all, she moved them more and was smiling because they felt completely different than before she said. She grabbed a pen and piece of paper and started writing in a position that had made all her fingers go numb while writing a letter a couple days ago. She made squiggles for a while and felt fine. She moved her hands and wiggled her fingers and did things that caused them to hurt and go numb before, but things are fine now! It’s cool when the Kingdom comes and God touches things we didn’t pray for.
